Obagi® Nu-Derm Clear is a prescription-strength dark spot lightener that contains 4% hydroquinone*. It effectively reduces the appearance of hyperpigmentation, including dark spots, age spots, sun spots, and melasma, as well as other types of discoloration like Erythema (redness) or Sallowness (yellowish complexion). Your skin will have an overall more even tone and a brighter complexion.

Use Nu-Derm® Clear twice-daily, in the mornings and evenings. Dispense a small amount (1 to 2 pea-sized drops) and apply evenly over the entire face, extending to the hairline and over the ears with a feathering motion.
